All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item.

About Handcrafted Items
Please note that our pieces are handmade using natural materials such as real flowers. Because of this, small imperfections like air bubbles, color variations, or texture differences are normal and part of what makes each item unique. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.
