Shipping Flowers to Us

Clients are responsible for safely shipping their flowers or keepsakes to us for preservation. Detailed packing and shipping instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed. The instructions will be very detailed and will help ensure your blooms arrive in the best condition possible. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage, delays, or loss that may occur during transit. Once shipped, you are responsible for sharing carrier information, tracking numbers and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Finished Pieces to You

Once your preservation piece is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address you provide. We use tracked shipping services to ensure your order arrives safely. Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location, but you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs (both sending flowers to us and delivery of completed pieces) are the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise stated in your invoice.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within [Canada/your chosen countries]. We cannot accept international flower shipments due to customs restrictions on organic materials.
